I think to include it would require signed papers from you and your
employer by FSF policy. Is that possible? Of course, I am jumping the
gun a bit, since Jim hasn't yet said whether he'd like to incorporate
this code, but it would be silly to suggest it to him if that turned
out not to be possible.
