Guile project page ideas

I've looked around at a few different site packages that could handle
this, but most were either non-free, too simple or too
complex... also, I think it would be best to avoid dynamic content,
since this would make it a real hassle to mirror.

What I'm thinking is that an email address could be set up where you
send the project information (guile-projects@red-bean.com, maybe?),
and have the page generated from those entries. To prevent just anyone
from modifying the info, maybe the initial submission should include a
gnupg public key, and further submissions would have to be signed by
the original contributor. It shouldn't be too difficult to put
something like this together.
