Another way to see this is to realize that all sources should be able
to contribute to each category. If we have a "net" classification,
that might include modules in the Guile core (few, I hope), things
obtained from third parties, and things you've written yourself.
Hopefully modules will change categories; I'm especially interested in
facilitating the "personal" to "contrib" transition.
Which suggests to me that the source shouldn't be part of the name
that gets embeded in everyone else's sources.
