temporary snapshot lapse

Between Wed Aug 19 and Mon Aug 31, the snapshots on ftp.red-bean.com
may not be up to date. However, the FTP site should still be
available. By Sep 1, snapshots should be available again.
(The machine currently serving ftp.red-bean.com and www.red-bean.com
will be in a moving van during that time; we're migrating the contents
to another machine for the interim, but we probably won't have time to
do the scripts.)
