I'm doing that at work, I think the relevant line is:

  (c-set-offset 'innamespace 0)

Here's the whole hook, in case I'm missing something:

(defun kealia-c-mode-common-hook ()
  (setq c-basic-offset 4)
  (c-set-offset 'innamespace 0)
  (c-set-offset 'access-label '/)
  (c-set-offset 'case-label '*)
  (c-set-offset 'statement-case-intro '*)
  (c-set-offset 'member-init-intro '++)
  (setq c-label-minimum-indentation 0 )
  )
