[Lispweb] Body parsing

That would be wisest, I suppose; my workaround only does form-encoded 
parsing for x-www..., and leaves the body content untouched otherwise. 
It would be best to have a robust little system for working with 
content types.

Hmmm, maybe that's my weekend...? :)
