With Christophe's help I've updated the version of ASDF-INSTALL
available from CCLAN and my website to be more compatible with SBCL so
you shouldn't see this anymore.  Still, SBCL users are advised to use
the version of ASDF-INSTALL that comes bundled with SBCL.
