[Lispweb] Handling 'www.' in a domain name

beta listens on 8001. pound translates all requests for beta.foo.com:
80 and beta.foo.com:8000 to localhost:8001.
foo listens on 8000. pound translates all requests for www.foo.com:80
and foo.com:80 to localhost:8001.
