Patch: Use-case

I've got a couple of patches coming. I had to split them up by hand,
but hopefully there aren't any conflicts.

This first patch is handling the "use case"/"use-case" consistency
issue. There is only one occurrence of "use case" (I checked for
plurals, across line breaks, etc.) which I changed to "use-case".

* src/en/book/foreword.xml: Change "use case" to "use-case".
* src/en/TODO: Remove corresponding TODO.
