I've started an informal book 1.2 readiness status page in the new
Red-Bean wiki:

To some degree, this overlaps with the purpose of the TODO file, but
there are the following differences:

- - it looks prettier than plain text :-)

- - it is more about cataloging what _is_ ready for 1.2, whilst the TODO
focusses on what is _not_ ready.

- - you can edit it little and often, and not worry about generating a
high volume of commit emails.
