PDF display bug in chapter 7

The bug is either in the XSLT stylesheet we use (which converts
Docbook XML into a .fo document), or in the 'fop' program (which
renders .fo documents as PDF).

We should just post this to the frontpage of svnbook.red-bean.com, ya know?
