Good, but not quite precise enough.  "The revision number to which the
working copy item was last updated."  Even that doesn't provide full
coverage, though, as the item might not have been "updated" (in the 'svn
up' sense).  It could have been checked out, or 'svn cp'd from the
repository, or ...
