Nightly build link handing out 403 Forbidden errors

When I go to the single page HTML edition of the nightly build I get the
following:

http://svnbook.red-bean.com:9000/nightly/en/svn-book.html

403 Forbidden

The requested URL '/nightly/en/svn-book.html' resolves to a file which is
marked executable but is not a CGI file; retrieving it is forbidden.

I'm not sure if this is related to the possible move to make version 1.2
final but thought I should point it out regardless.
