RFC: Kill the "do not link" request.

  These versions are still works-in-progress, so we ask that
  you do not bookmark or link to these versions.

I totally don't understand why the fact that the book trunk is a
work-in-progress means people should not link to it - especially when
the pace of development is so slow, and lagging behind the latest
versions of Subversion anyway.


Therefore, I propose to rewrite that sentence to read:

  Please bear in mind that these versions are works-in-progress: if you
  bookmark or link to specific sections, those links may be invalidated
  by continuing development. If you need a link that can be reasonably
  expected to remain stable for years to come, link to one of the
  completed editions below.
