 Heh.  Now that my head is often thinking about i18n stuff for CollabNet, I
 realize that fixed-length keywords have the potentional to corrupt data
 files in that multi-byte UTF-8 characters can get truncated in the middle
 of a character.  While Subversion doesn't care, another application might.
 I'll add that as a warning.
