I had looked on the book web site and couldn't find any reference to an issue 
tracker.  Did I miss it or do we need to add a link?

Also, I had found about four other book issues in the Subversion tracker 
(Summary includes "book" OR Sub-component is "doc-book").  Perhaps you (Max?) 
would care to move them over to Trac.
