 For 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3, we've been evolving the book by injecting
 descriptions of new features whereever appropriate.  However, we shouldn't
 lose the forest through the trees.  We need to sit down and really read
 the whole thing cover-to-cover again, and make sure the overall quality
 hasn't been messed up via micro-changes.  This is especially important if
 O'Reilly is ever to print a 2nd edition.
