Today's build failures

The build failures today were due to the fact that I'd uninstalled an
old version of gij, which had been superceded by a later version,
without realising that that specific version had been hardcoded into the
local svnbook build scripts on red-bean.

I've tweaked things around to use a JVM which actually exists, and all
is well again.
