Sorry, Ward.  Yes, we got the mail (and, I think, all suffered from a
little bit of "Somebody else will respond"ness).  Thanks for your
feedback.  I haven't had time to process it in detail (and I don't know
if the other authors have, either), but we certainly will do so as we
evaluate the changes we need to make to the book sources.
