#38: ch2: explain why 'svn commit; svn log' won't show the commit

Changes (by sussman):
* owner: sussman => fitz
* summary: appA: explain why 'svn commit; svn log' won't show the commit
=> ch2: explain why 'svn commit; svn log' won't
show the commit
* milestone: => 1.5
Comment:
Considering that appa doesn't even mention the existence of 'svn log', I
don't think this is the correct place to explain this common newbie
confusion. A better place would be in Ch2, where 'svn log' is discussed a
bit. It could be a sidebar, or just a paragraph explaining this issue;
the explanation should also refer to the end of ch1, where 'mixed rev'
working copies are discussed.
Assigning to fitz for svn 1.5 book.
