Comment:

 This task isn't really actionable;  it's big and vague.  Of course we're
 going to reread the book.  In fact, cmpilato already did so, and made some
 really valuable meta-comments about style, came up with a massive
 reorganization of content.  Furthermore, we're going to do a huge quality
 review when it comes back from O'Reilly.  My feeling is that this issue's
 work is already implied is our larger process, so we should have it
 hanging it our faces.
