Are Subversion 1.3 Online Manuals available?

hi, i am not an authorised person to answer, but if it's not
in the link you provided, it does not exist. for what i have
seen, it is normal that a version features get documented
in the book several months later.

btw, i have not seen any reference to the 1.4 version
documentation in the link you provided.

afaik, the latest documented version is 1.2. 1.3 is work
in progress on the "nightly builds"
