SVN-IT: still continue,... request for new account creation

            just few words to explain that svn it translation had a rest period, now 
            we are trying to restart activity also with help of new members.
So, I kindly request the creation of a new account to access svn-book rep 
(it section) for a new member joining to svn-it team.
