pt-br 1.4 finished (was: pt-BR translation group's revival)

Hi all,

It's a pleasure to inform that, after a
long period of inactivity, the new
brazilian portuguese translation team
retake the actions and we just finished
the translation of version 1.4 of the
book to pt_BR[1].

I'd like to know if we can move the
translated sources to the main repository
with the other translation projects.
