[REVIEW] reintegrate merges

In the examples of --reintegrate merges (ch04):

1. In some examples, the "U    ." lines should be " U   ." (with the 'U'
   in the propchanges column).  Not attaching a patch because a regex
   will be faster.

2. The example around line 2600 has a peg rev in the 'merge' command:

     $ svn merge --reintegrate http://svn.example.com/repos/calc/branches/mybranch@1910

   but the examples earlier in the chapter (where 'reintegrate' is
   explained) don't have a peg.
