Translation Teams:  If you don't want to see this new footer at the bottom 
of your HTML book pages (which is hard-coded as English until we figure out 
a way to use substitutable input data), tweak your 
src/LOCALE/book/styles.css files, adding:

    #svn-footer { display: none; }
