Comment:

 Done.  As part of my general ch04 cleanup (bringing it up-to-date with
 1.5-rc5), I changed the example in the "Blocking Changes" section to block
 a revision using 'svn merge --record-only', rather than showing a direct
 edit of the svn:mergeinfo property.
