[de] Problem bei Übersetzung

Hallo an alle,

ich habe mit folgendem Satz im Kapitel 
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/de/svn.serverconfig.svnserve.html#svn.serverconfig.svnserve.auth.users
ein Problem:

"The repositories sharing the users file should also be configured to 
have the same realm, since the list of users essentially defines an
authentication realm."

Im speziellem der letzte Teil macht mir beim übersetzen Probleme:
Was ist mit "der Liste der User" bzw. "Auflistung der User" gemeint?
Kann mir jemand weiter helfen?
