mergeinfo output

As Karl Heinz Marbaise has already mentioned in his review e-mail of
2008-06-21, the output of "svn mergeinfo" in the reference chapter is
not correct.

Instead of printing something like

	Path: branches/test
	  Source path: /trunk
	    Merged ranges: r2:13
	    Eligible ranges: r13:15

it just prints a list of revisions, e.g., for the above either

	r2
	r3
	...
	r13

or

	r13
	r14
	r15

if "--show-revs eligible" was specified.
