trying to build PDF form of book fails on fedora 11

I was able to fix this by editing the fop.xsl in my stylesheet collection,
replacing:
xmlns:fox="http://xml.apache.org/fop/extensions"
with the new location of the Fop extensions:
xmlns:fox="http://xmlgraphics.apache.org/fop/extensions"
