OK, but perhaps that should be stated/explained in the book, as it actually  
lists 9 columns.

Also `svn help status` (v1.6.15) displays, in the 'Example output:'  
section, the wrong number of columns in the first example and  
the 'out-of-date information' in the wrong column in examples 2 & 3.
