[PATCH] SVNBook 1.8: `svnadmin load` command accepts `--revision` option

Hello,

First attempt to add `--revision` option to `svnadmin load` reference
(with a brief description). Unfortunately, I can't come up with an
idea of good usage example that's worth mentioning in the `svnadmin
load` reference, so I didn't include one.
