Project hosting moved to SourceForge

Hey, all. With Google recently announcing a decision to shut down its
project hosting service, this project has been in need of a new home.
After evaluating several options and receiving some valuable feedback
from other contributors to the book, I've decided to use SourceForge.net
for hosting this project's Subversion service, wiki, and issue
tracking. SF allowed me to pretty easily migrate the open issues and
wiki pages from Google Code, and their support folk intervened in the
problematic migration of the source code repository itself[*] until all
was well.

So, while http://svnbook.red-bean.com remains the home page of the book,
project hosting now lives at https://sourceforge.net/projects/svnbook/.
Folks who held commit access to the book will need to contact me with
their SourceForge.net username so I can grant you the same there. I've
updated the website pointers for the English versions of the relevant
pages to point to SourceForge instead of Google, and updated the nightly
build system on red-bean.com to pull from the new repository location.

Happy hacking!

-- Mike

[*] The problem was with Google's inability to maintain a stable service
long enough to complete the migration).
