I'm not sure what the norm is for Vietnamese, but I'm guessing that you
shouldn't translate "Concurrent Versions System" here, as it is a proper
noun -- the full name of the CVS version control system.  Moreover, a few
lines later, we use this string in the <see></see> tag (which is what
causes "see Concurrent Versions System" to appear in the book's index next
to the "CVS" entry), but folks won't find that because you translated the
<indexterm>.
