I rather think a negative is appropriate in this case: this section
describes a solution to a specific problem. ("Preventing 2008-vintage
clients from meddling" would be pretty accurate ☺.)
How about simply "Blocking Incapable Clients"?
@wuzhouhui: I do think a change is warranted: the section title really
isn't very clear (it could be misparsed in other ways, too).
