And maybe you don't struggle to remember such things like I go, but I found
the svn:mergeinfo property helpful for identifying the right merge source
at target.  When I did this recently, it was:

$ cd branches/1.7/en/
$ svn merge -c 6061 ^/trunk/en .
...
$
