      start.  I'm modifying it pretty heavily because this feature
      doesn't really just "expand keywords"; rather, it causes
      mod_dav_svn to honor the svn:keywords property, which may or may
      not result in expanded keywords.  I'll also cross-reference the
      section on keyword substitution.<br>
