Let me say a few words about this: I have never defined or changed the SGF
file format. Anders has created FF[1]-[3]. I have never written a spec
either. I only tried to provide some information on SGF which people asked
for. When Anders left ETH, I was the only Go player here with access to SGB
internals. So people asked me about details, and I answered them. A lot of
mail, all unproductive time for me. Later I put some of these pieces of
information on my web site. I was upset with all these strange pseudo-SGF
files that came from the internet.

I'm glad that Arno is finally cleaning up things. I never had the time or
incentive to do it.
