today I've fixed the last (hopefully :) errors in the specification.

(I changed the last directory name from 'sgf4_draft' to 'sgf')

What has changed?

* Two more flags for FG:
  - hoshi dots on/off
  - list moves not shown in diagram (e.g. ko captures) on/off
* added two example SGF files for demonstrating use of FG,VW,MN,PM for
  printing (see FF4 example page)
* added FF[1] & FF[3] spec.
  (thanks to Anders & Martin)
* uploaded SGFC V1.01 - SGFC is the SGF reference implementation.
  A MSDOS executable is available too.
