Thank you for your bug report, and doubly so for the attached patch. I have
integrated your changes (with some very minor modifications). They will be
available as part of cvs2cl.pl 2.43, which should be available at
http://www.red-bean.com/cvs2cl/cvs2cl.pl in a few days.

If you could send me a test case or two, consisting of

1) The output of cvs log
2) The command you're invoking
3) Your expected output

then that would be really helpful, both to check that the bug is fixed, and in
future to ensure that it isn't regressed in some way!
