[Lispweb] Mod_lisp 2.0 released

Yes the Lisp process can use mod_lisp can talk to Apache. For now, it can
already log Lisp error messages to the Apache error log. I want to use this
communication for the load balancing.

I agree. We need several designs to fit all needs.
