Clarification of "human-readable" in chapter 7

Oops.

In actual fact, the limitation is:
 ASCIILetter | Digit | '.' | '-' | '_' | ':'

And the first character must be:
 ASCIILetter | '_' | ':'

Damn overly restrictive DAV/XML standards!
