I want to translate the svnbook into Simplified Chinese

I like the svn very much. I had translatet half of the book last year but 
has not had time to complete it. Now I want to translate the 1.1x version. I 
also had trouble to use the docbook, so I really need the enviroment to 
compile the xml into pdf and HTML.
