 The book really needs to document how to manually unlock a destination
 repository if it has a stalled lock on it.  That is, if a sync process
 crashed and you're sure it's not coming back, the only way that I know
 of to continue the sync is "svn pd --revprop -r0 svn:sync-lock URL".
 (I believe that no corruption should happen, as long as the syncing
 process is really dead and gone.)

 (Possibly we should get an "svnsync force-unlock" into 1.4.1.)
