Thanks for the notification. That error occurred because your browser is
configured to send an Accept-Languages header not including any of the
languages that that page is available in, and our server therefore
responded with a (technically correct but not very helpful) message
informing you of that fact.

I've reconfigured the server to just fall back to English when no
preference matches.

(It was configured that way before, but then we upgraded from Apache 2.0
to 2.2, and the default configuration changed a lot.)
