This is exactly the reason I suggested it.  If the point is to have
information that's aimed at the translation team but also happens to be
visible via HTTP, I think the stuff should live in the src directory.  After
all, we point the book's sources (via Trac browser URLs, which do also live
in svnbook.red-bean.com) in exactly this same fashion.

If the point is to have stuff aimed at the Universe, though, www is fine.
