I'm pretty liberal with hyphenation, but I don't think you need a hyphen in
"fully-realized".

I'm not really fond of using a literal X for table data.  Can we use the
UTF-8 representation of a check-mark character or something?  Alternatively
(since most of these rows only apply to one OS) we can just have a single
column for "OS" and list them:  "Windows", "Windows, Linux", "Mac", etc.
