Comment:

 We should also document that if windows and linux users are sharing a
 repository, the unix users shouldn't be checking in sibling filenames that
 differ only in case!

 This probably makes sense in either ch03 or ch07 -- maybe some section
 about getting everyone "on the same page", establishing some sane filename
 convetions for the project.
