 You know, I don't think I've ever seen anybody describe sqlite tools
 needed for administration.  I guess stuff just works, or (if it doesn't)
 the repository is deemed corrupt.  I'll at least mention that as of
 Subversion 1.5, both backends use SQLite for indexes, though.
