backup strategies / policies subsection

hi,

wouldn't this, perhaps adapted and/or wrapped with
caution, there-is-no-single-admin-strategy and
out-of-the-book-scope disclaimers, deserve a
subsection on the administration section of the book?

i guess it would be tremendously useful as an starting
point for developers suddenly forced to become svn
administradors --'cos you are the only person here who
knows how this svn thing works--, and who don't have
time to search for the best backup strategy.
